    Healthy pumpkin protein squares that are easy to make and take on the go and to use for both pre or post workout snacks.

    You need:
    • 1 Cup Oat Flour
    • 2 Scoops About Time Vanilla Whey Protein
    • ½ tsp Baking Soda
    • ¼ Cup Truvia (or stevia)
    • 1 TBS Pumpkin Pie Spice
    • 1 Cup Liquid Egg Whites
    • 8 oz Pumpkin Puree
    • ½ Cup Water
    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Combine oat flour, vanilla whey protein, baking soda, Truvia, and pumpkin pie spice in a large mixing bowl.
    3. Combine liquid egg whites, pumpkin puree, and water in a small mixing bowl.
    4. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
    5. Spray an 8x8 inch oven safe glass baking dish with cooking spray and pour mixture into dish.
    6. Bake for about 25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
